TOC Hotel Las Ramblas enjoys a fantastic location right in the center, next to Mercado La Boqueria and very close to La Rambla, making city exploration easy, with metro stations nearby and convenient access to Plaça de Catalunya. The modern hotel features clean and comfortable rooms, some of which guests found quite spacious and well-equipped with shelves, hangers and comfortable beds; however, a few guests noted that some rooms can feel a bit small and lack a desk. Guests appreciate the delicious breakfast and the complimentary afternoon coffee and sweets.

fantastic location and service!!!

helpful staff fluent languages easy transport secure environment

i found the staff helpful and fluent in several languages. the location is very close to several restaurants and shopping areas. transport connections are also easy to access from the hotel. i felt very secure with the 24/7 door monitoring.

The breakfast selection was slightly limited. I missed having more variety in egg dishes.

broken elevator limited breakfast

the staff was very helpful and available when i needed assistance.

The elevator was out of service during my entire stay , necessitating climbing several flights of stairs multiple times daily. the lack of prompt repair is unacceptable. furthermore , the breakfast selection was quite limited . I found the absence of scrambled eggs a notable deficiency.

I found the staff friendly. Carlos was accommodating and helpful. The location is a two-minute walk from the main Las Ramblas and the market. Breakfast was great.

There are no phones in the rooms. It was inconvenient to reach out to the main desk when the elevator was down the week of September 16th.
